Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all services provided through www.askharriet.com , including AI workshops, AI courses, content production (AI images & AI videos), one-on-one coaching, and consulting services for businesses and individuals.

 

Cancellation and refund
Since the services offered are individual, appointment-based and tailored to the respective customer needs (workshops, courses, coaching and content production), there is no statutory right of withdrawal after conclusion of the contract according to Art. 40a ff. OR (Switzerland) and Section 312g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB (Germany).

A refund is generally excluded once the service has begun or been provided.

 

Cancellation deadlines and goodwill arrangements

• For booked services ( workshops , courses , coaching ):

  • Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed date.

  • If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before the appointment, 50% of the fee will be due.

  • In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full fee will be charged unless the available capacity is allocated to someone else at short notice.

• Scheduled individual coaching sessions can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; after that, the full hourly fee will be charged.

• Content production that has already begun or been completed is not eligible for refund.

 

Processing and reimbursement modalities
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of successful cancellation to the original payment method used.
