Shipping conditions

Scope
This shipping policy applies to all bookings and purchases of services through www.askharriet.com , including AI workshops, AI courses, content production (AI images & AI videos), one-on-one coaching, and consulting services.

 

Shipping / provision of services
Since the products offered are primarily digital services and online training, no physical delivery is possible. The services are provided as follows:

  • Digital products and content (e.g. AI images, videos , course materials):

    • Delivery is via email, download link or a secure online platform.

    • The delivery usually takes place within a few working days after receipt of payment and conclusion of the contract.

  • Workshops , courses and coaching :

    • These are conducted live online via video conferencing tools or on-site at the agreed time.

    • Booking confirmation and all necessary access data or details about the venue will be sent by email in good time.

 

Shipping costs
There are no shipping costs for digital content and online services. For on-site workshops or consultations, travel costs may be negotiated and billed separately; these will be communicated transparently prior to booking.

 

Delivery times

  • The availability of services is agreed upon individually.

  • After booking and payment, the customer receives a confirmation with the agreed dates and delivery times for digital products.

 

Delays
Should unforeseen delays occur, Ask Harriet will notify customers immediately via email and offer solutions for rescheduling or alternative delivery.
